Returns & Exchange
C4Waterman Pty Ltd pride ourselves on providing a superior level of service and a wide range of products. We do, however, ask you to choose carefully as we do not offer exchange or refund unless the item is faulty, significantly different from what was shown to you, not doing what it is supposed to do.
If you are able to provide a receipt, C4Waterman Pty Ltd may offer you a repair, exchange or refund if:
- Goods are damaged or faulty through no fault of your own
- Goods are supplied incorrectly
- Goods vary from their description on the website (or any sample provided)
Please choose carefully as C4Waterman Pty Ltd will not provide you with a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind. To obtain a repair, exchange or refund please return the goods to the store that fulfilled your order. Store details are included with your order shipment. Any returning items are shipped at the owners risk and C4Waterman Pty Ltd will not take responsibility for any items that are lost or damaged due to the negligence or fault of a third party.
